Whether you're navigating menopause, managing pelvic pain, recovering postpartum, or simply want intimacy to feel better; Upstate Mary's collection of full-spectrum CBD intimacy oils and suppositories was made with you in mind.
Every product starts at Hepworth Farms; a seventh-generation, USDA certified organic family farm in New York's Hudson Valley. Our full-spectrum hemp extract preserves the complete plant profile: CBD, along with other minor cannabinoids, terpenes, and naturally occurring compounds that work together through the entourage effect. No CBD isolate or broad-spectrum CBD. No synthetic additives. No glycerin, parabens, or petroleum-based ingredients.
3 products. 3 ways to feel better.
Friday Arousal Oil: A warming CBD arousal oil with botanical cinnamon and mint, designed to increase sensation and ease low libido. Especially effective for women in perimenopause and menopause.
Slide Intimacy Oil: Two ingredients (organic MCT oil + full-spectrum CBD), clean lubrication for every body, every anatomy, and every kind of intimacy.
Hunter Intimacy Melts: The CBD suppository in our collection and our 2025 Sexual Wellness Award winner. Internal delivery for pelvic pain, menstrual cramping, and deep vaginal moisture. Made with fair-trade organic cocoa butter, our suppository is also nut and coconut allergy safe.
Friday Arousal Oil is a warming topical oil applied externally to the vulva; designed to increase arousal, sensation, and blood flow. Best for low libido and menopause-related sensitivity loss. Slide Intimacy Oil is a two-ingredient CBD lubricant (MCT coconut oil + full-spectrum CBD) for effortless glide, moisture, and comfort during sex; safe for every body and every kind of intimacy. Hunter Intimacy Melts are internal CBD suppositories for vaginal or anal use to deliver relief directly to deep pelvic tissue; best for pelvic pain, menstrual cramping, endometriosis, and vaginal dryness. Many customers use all three products: Hunter internally, Friday externally for arousal, Slide for sustained comfort.
Yes. Menopause is one of the primary use cases across the entire collection. All three products are hormone-free. Friday addresses the reduced sensitivity and slower arousal that comes with declining estrogen. Slide provides clean, lasting moisture for vaginal dryness. Hunter delivers CBD internally to moisturize vaginal walls and relax pelvic floor tension from inside. Many customers with menopause use Hunter as a daily vaginal moisturizer in addition to using it during intimacy.
Yes, and there's real research behind it. Full-spectrum CBD applied topically or vaginally increases blood flow to genital tissue, relaxes smooth muscle, and reduces inflammation. A 2024 study in npj Women's Health found significant improvement in menstrual pain symptoms in participants using CBD suppositories. For arousal and sensation, the mechanism is well-documented: increased pelvic blood flow is the primary driver of natural lubrication and sensitivity. Our customers' reviews reflect these effects consistently.
Three things. First, sourcing: our CBD comes from a seventh-generation organic farm in New York — Hepworth Farms — not an anonymous bulk supplier. Second, formulation: we use full-spectrum hemp (not isolate or broad-spectrum), certified-organic botanicals, and zero glycerin, parabens, or synthetic fragrance. Third, transparency: independent Certificates of Analysis for every batch are publicly available. We also make our CBD intimacy suppository (Hunter) formulated with cocoa butter rather than coconut oil, making it safe for people with tree nut and coconut allergies.
CBD is legal in all 50 US states and territories. Our products use full-spectrum hemp extract with THC at or below the legal limit of 0.3%. When used topically or as a suppository, CBD does not enter the bloodstream in meaningful amounts and is unlikely to affect a drug test. We cannot guarantee any specific drug test outcome. All batch test results.
Apply desired amount, it really depends on you. We find that the CBD really kicks in about 5-10 minutes after applying, but you will enjoy the glide and slide right away, so dive in!
This all-natural, oil-based lubricant was formulated to enhance pleasure, ease penetration and provide lubrication anywhere you like, with the soothing, activating effects of full spectrum CBD in organic MCT coconut oil, along with our proprietary blend of all-natural and organic botanicals.
With 400mg of CBD per bottle, everyone can enjoy the benefits of added moisture and glide.

Yes! CBD is legal in all 50 states and US territories. We've never had a problem traveling with any of our CBD-infused intimacy oils and melts. International regulations can vary however, so we recommend checking the local laws of the country where traveling.
Our intimacy products with CBD-only are made with full spectrum hemp extract (not THC). While we cannot guarantee any outcome of drug test results, it is unlikely that you would test positive for anything but CBD after using our products.
