We ship our products to all US States.

Currently, we ship packages with USPS First Class Mail, as well as UPS (UPS determined by fulfillment center at time of packaging).

Domestic shipping within the contiguous U.S. qualifies for either economy or standard shipping. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Economy Shipping:

• FREE shipping for all orders over $100
• $6 flat shipping fee on all orders under $100
• The average transit time is 5-8 business days
• We do not guarantee shipping times for Economy Shipping

Standard Shipping:

• Customer pays for standard shipping based on the weight of the package
• The average transit time is 3-4 business days
• We do not guarantee shipping times for Standard Shipping

Sorry, we do NOT offer international shipping at this time.

Return + Exchange Policy 

We're dedicated to your wellness, pleasure and satisfaction. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to leaving our fulfillment center.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds at this time.

If the product(s) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@upstatemary.com with your order number and clear photo of the damaged product(s). After review, you will be issued a refund and/or replacement, as deemed appropriate.

If you have purchased the product(s) from a retail partner, please contact the appropriate retailer for their return + exchange policy.
