What is your return policy?

We're dedicated to your wellness, pleasure and satisfaction. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to leaving our fulfillment center.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds at this time.

If the product(s) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@upstatemary.com with your order number and clear photo of the damaged product(s). After review, you will be issued a refund and/or replacement, as deemed appropriate.

If you have purchased the product(s) from a retail partner, please contact the appropriate retailer for their return + exchange policy.

Currently, we ship packages with USPS First Class Mail, as well as UPS (UPS determined by fulfillment center at time of packaging).

Domestic shipping within the contiguous U.S. qualifies for either economy or standard shipping.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once you complete your transaction and receive your emailed order confirmation, our fulfillment team starts to prepare your order.

While we’re unable to make changes after an order has been placed, you can contact us right away at: hello@upstatemary.com to see if we are able to cancel items from your order before they begin processing.

If we are unable to cancel your order and it ships, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.

CBD

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD)— We put 400mg of full spectrum CBD in every bottle. CBD is a natural anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety and body-relaxing non-psychoactive cannabinoid. 
What is a cannabinoid?

CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis. Cannabinoids are active compounds that occur naturally in the cannabis plant.
Do your products contain THC?

Our intimacy products with CBD-only are made with hemp extract (not THC). While we cannot guarantee any outcome of drug test results, it is unlikely that you would test positive for anything but CBD after using our products.

We use full spectrum CBD, so there may be trace amounts of THC present, but below the legal limit of 0.3% for CBD products.

CBD and Sex--How does it work?

Here's the short version: CBD--a cannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant interacts directly with your nervous system. Within the nervous system is a complex network of neurotransmitters and receptors called the endocannabinoid system that regulate hormone production, physical sensation and emotional processing.

When you add CBD to your sex life, cannabinoids can interact with this system to heighten libido, relax your body and enhance your experience.

What is CBD-infused intimacy oil and how do I use it?

Apply desired amount, it really depends on you. We find that the CBD really kicks in about 5-10 minutes after applying, but you will enjoy the glide and slide right away, so dive in!

This all-natural, oil-based lubricant was formulated to enhance pleasure, ease penetration and provide lubrication anywhere you like, with the soothing, activating effects of full spectrum CBD in organic MCT coconut oil.

With 400mg of CBD per bottle, everyone can enjoy the benefits of added moisture and glide.

Can men use CBD-infused arousal oil too?

Absolutely! However, the formulas for our intimacy product line were created with vulva-owners in mind.

Now, when it comes to the guys, it's worth mentioning that the skin on the penis behaves a bit differently. It's not as absorbent, especially if you're uncircumcised. So, when you use our products, the primary benefit you'll feel is that they'll keep things nice and moisturized down there, reducing any discomfort from friction.

When do your products expire?

We set a best-by date of 18 months from the date of manufacture for our products. This date can usually be found on the packaging or bottles.

The answer is simple, YES!


All of our Intimacy products are made with organic, all-natural and food-grade ingredients. Our products can be an excellent addition to oral sex.

Yes! CBD is legal in all 50 states and US territories. We've never had a problem traveling with any of our CBD-infused intimacy oils and melts. International regulations can vary however, so we recommend checking the local laws of the country where traveling.
