A more rested you is a happier, more relaxed you, as we know a loss in sleep can lead to fewer positive emotions and more anxiety. 

Orgasms can even reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps and other body aches. According to Healthline, it’s all about that rush of dopamine and serotonin.
